Bungou Stray Dogs Season 5 culminated with an action-packed, moving finale, but can we expect more? Will there be a Bungou Stray Dogs Season 6?

Is Bungou Stray Dogs Season 6 Confirmed?
Yes and no. There is no official confirmation for Bungou Stray Dogs Season 6, but the note at the end of Season 5's finale suggests that another season is more or less certain.
Episode 11 of the shounen anime's fifth season concludes with a "To Be Continued" note which wouldn't be there if studio Bones wasn't planning more content.
Until we have something more tangible, this is the best confirmation fans can hope for.

Bungou Stray Dogs Season 6 Release Date Predictions
Bungou Stray Dogs Season 6 doesn't have an official release date as of writing.
Seasons 4 and 5 came out with only an anime season between them, as two cours of a larger season.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict the same for a potential Season 6, unless Bones is planning to create original content from scratch.
The Bungou Stray Dogs manga is a step behind Season 5's finale, which gave a conclusion that the manga has yet to publish.
Since the difference is only a matter of a couple of chapters, we believe that the anime and the manga can still be similar. Perhaps the studio was in communication with the manga team.
If this were to be the case, however, Bungou Stray Dogs Season 6 would probably take at least two years, if not more, to give the manga some time to catch up.
After all, the existing timeline of past seasons seems to be justifying this:
- Bungou Stray Dogs Season 1 (2016)
- Bungou Stray Dogs Season 2 (2016)
- Bungou Stray Dogs Season 3 (2019)
- Bungou Stray Dogs Season 4 (2023)
- Bungou Stray Dogs Season 5 (2023)
Almost four years passed between Seasons 3 and 4, so even if we have to wait for a considerable period of time, this isn't the end for the Armed Detective Agency.
What Will Bungou Stray Dogs Season 6 Be About?
Since there's no further manga content left to cover, it's hard to predict what Bungou Stray Dogs Season 6 will be about. When a few more manga chapters are out, we'll have a clearer picture.
The final episode of Season 5 seems to imply that Atsushi and Akutagawa will set out on their own adventure to right some of Kamui's wrongs.
We would also expect to see Fukuzawa's struggle to adapt to his new role as the leader of Fukuchi's army.
Other characters' whereabouts are harder to predict, but hopefully, whatever comes up for them will be fun!
