BTS will soon break a record as the K-pop boy group's song is rumored to be part of Marvel Studios' upcoming flick, The Eternals.

The year 2021 has been fruitful for BTS so far as the group successfully launched new songs and attended more events. The K-pop group's recent chart hitters – Butter, Permission To Dance, and My Universe – all swept Billboard and other music charts.

Less than three months before a new year arrives, a new report suggested that the boy group's song will be part of Marvel Studios' The Eternals.

Marvel News Brazil's Twitter account first shared the reported confirmed OST list of the MCU movie. It claimed that the film's director, Chloe Zhao, approved the list herself.

Alongside the movie poster is a screenshot of the reported list of songs that would be used for the film. A slew of A-lister musicians appeared on the post, including Pink Floyd (Time), Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears (Sugarfoot), Lizzo (Juice), Skeeter Davis (The End Of The World), and Foreigner (Feels Like the First Time), among others.

The song serves as one of the most emotional songs of the boy group, with Jimin and V, who recorded it in 2019. An article on Naver also confirmed the news.

If Marvel Studios officially includes the song on the movie's OST, it would become the first BTS song to be featured in a Marvel movie.

Whether or not the song would make it to the list, BTS already received a spotlight from the Marvel family.

For what it's worth, actor Andy Le, who plays the role of Death Dealer on Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, recently expressed his love for Jimin. During his interview on the Andy Trieu Show, Andy Trieu asked who his bias is in BTS.

"My bias is Jimin. I think it might be because, for some reason, I feel like I just connect with him. I could connect with him, and I know he has a bit of tricking as well. I have a soft spot for that," he said.

BTS still has a long journey in the music industry, but the group has already achieved so much. Regardless of what the future holds for them, they would remain as the most beloved group ever.
