Jungkook received praise for his incredible performance of his hit song “Dreamers” at the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup opening ceremony Sunday, November 20. As many showed their support for the Korean pop singer, his top supporters appeared to be his fellow BTS members.
Before Jungkook started his performance, he was already trending on social media as his fans expressed their excitement on Twitter. But aside from the ARMYs themselves, other BTS members also showed their support to their youngest band member.
BTS Shows Support to Jungkook
J-Hope was the first to post the event, sharing a video of him watching the ceremony and waiting for Jungkook’s performance.
He also shared a clip on Weverse, and as soon as Jungkook was seen on the screen, he couldn’t help but shout his name, “Jaykay.”
Suga did the same, posting a picture of himself watching the show and captioning it with, “LET’S GO JAYKAYYYYYYYY!”

V, in addition, didn’t mind his long flight from Paris and still watched this important event in Jungkook’s life. He wasn’t alone, however. He was with his dog, Yeontan, who was also showing his support for Jungkook.
RM also posted about Jungkook’s performance, and fans assumed he was with J-Hope after noticing they had the same background in their respective posts.

Jungkook graced the stage of the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup to perform “Dreamers,” which turned out to become the official soundtrack of the event, live.
As expected, he caught everyone’s attention at the stadium as he sang alongside the crowd of performers.

As ARMYs shared their thoughts about Jungkook’s performance, his fellow BTS members also had nothing but good words for him.

Suga shared a closeup shot of him, while Jimin said his act was “so cool.” RM also posted a video of Jungkook’s clip as he sang and captioned it with several fire emojis.
Moreover, J-Hope revealed he had “goosebumps.”
