The youngest member of the all-male act is one of the celebrities who have a massive following around the globe. Accordingly, it makes total sense why his audience, especially avid fans, and supporters, are eager to know almost all details about his life.

When it comes to working out and staying fit, the fandom believes that he is "quite obsessed" with exercises, according to Channel-Korea.

As claimed, Jungkook regularly goes to the gym and does variations of exercises to stay fit and healthy. It is also stated that this kind of mindset allows him to maintain his abs and overall physique.

The youngest BTS member follows various kinds of workouts. He has separate routines, as well, for the day and night sessions.

The Still With You singer reportedly does a "simple" and easy regiment in the morning, apart from dance practices, the routine centers on stretching activities.

On the other hand, he has much "harder exercises" before ending the day. Jungkook does weight lifting and cardio, as well as kickboxing.

The BTS Member's Non-Equipment Exercises

In the past, the "Golden Maknae" of BTS once shared his full non-equipment workout routine with his fans, according to Koreaboo. It appears that he observes this regimen to "get ripped" even without going to the gym.

Jungkook reportedly starts with 20 squats, 20 push-ups, and 20 jump squats. He then, follows it up with more challenging exercises, like pike push-ups, shoulder blade planks, and mountain climbers.

In the latter part of the circuit, the BTS idol incorporates 20 crunches, 15 burpees, 20 leg raises, and 20 supermans. Although it is unknown how many repetitions he does for one session, the publication noted that repeating the whole regimen is a much "harder challenge."
