BTS Jin will have to temporarily leave ARMYs soon to serve in the military, but he recently broke their hearts already because of one reason.

Before Jin enlists in the military, the BTS member will do his solo projects in the weeks before his scheduled beginning of service. In fact, he trended worldwide and became the topic of the most-viewed articles in Korea.

BIGHIT Music announced The Astronaut, which is co-written by the idol and Coldplay. He also confirmed an appearance at the band's scheduled concert in Buenos Aires.

Jin also appeared in an interview to share his life story and get closer to his fans, but he left everyone heartbroken with a story.

BTS Jin Says He Cannot Make Real Friends

On October 20, rapper Lee Young Ji welcomed Jin to her YouTube talk show, No Prepare, where the idol spoke about BTS' success and personal struggles, including how he finds it hard to make real friends.

According to Jin, he started training at the age of 19. From there, he has not had any friends except for BTS members.

"If you look at the contact list on my phone, I have less than 10 celebrity friends. Most people don't want to be friends with us because they feel pressured. My career literally broke my social life into half," he went on.

Despite only having the six BTS members as his friends, he reportedly feels full as the members always have each other's back.

Jin then shared BTS's secret to becoming successful and maintaining its current standing. According to the idol, they do not cross each other's lines and respect the opinion of one another.

BTS Jin Surprises Fans!

Although Jin's story broke ARMYs' hearts, he immediately mended them by dropping three songs all at once.

After initially uploading the songs on K-pop supergroup's SoundCloud and YouTube accounts, the 29-year-old shared Super Tuna, Abyss, and Tonight on all streaming services via BIGHIT MUSIC's accounts.

While Jin's singles were released between 2019 and 2021, serving the songs to the public before his new solo single's arrival indeed hyped fans.
