Tom Holland's time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been shrouded in mystery for months following the actor's declaration that he plans to step away from his Spidey role, potentially after Spider-Man: No Way Home. Obviously, there's no truth to his claims and the final installment in the Homecoming trilogy pretty much confirmed that Peter Parker's journey will continue now that he's set to enter college.
Of course, it gave webheads a huge sigh of relief but still, Holland is quite adamant about passing his Spidey mantle to a new individual and while No Way Home actually teased the arrival of Miles Morales, some fans of the Kpop mega group BTS have an interesting casting suggestion on who should be the next friendly neighborhood web-slinger.
On Twitter, a photo of BTS member Jungkook from a Vogue Magazine shoot surfaced where he rocks a pose that resembled one of Spider-Man's iconic poses. Naturally, it convinced fans that the Korean singer would be a believable Spidey. What do you think? Check out some of the reactions below:

At this stage, the idea of Peter Parker actually stepping down from his hero role seems a bit early but that's not to say that other Spider-People can't enter the fray. Now, as for Jungkook's chances of actually becoming the next Spider-Man, never say never especially now that Marvel Studios is pushing for diversity in the billion-dollar franchise. The real question is, how would longtime followers of the character respond to it?
Spider-Man: No Way Home is now showing in cinemas worldwide.
