As the K-pop industry continues to get back on track amid the COVID-19 pandemic, more idols still catch the virus and test positive for it. Fortunately, they always recover from it with the help of the vaccines they receive.
But BTOB Eunkwang got it again.

BTOB Eunkwang Tests Positive For COVID-19
BTOB's agency Cube Entertainment confirmed the shocking news about Eunkwang's health status in a statement.
On Wednesday, the agency said Eunkwang tested positive for COVID-19 after feeling abnormal symptoms. He checked it through a PCR test and confirmed it afterward.
"BTOB's Seo Eunkwang felt abnormal symptoms in his throat earlier today, so he visited a hospital as a preemptive measure and underwent a PCR test. He then confirmed his positive test results," Cube Entertainment said, adding, "We will continue to do our best for the health and safety of our artists, and comply with the health authorities' quarantine guidelines."
The company also decided to postpone Eunkwang's schedule to ensure his health and safety. It will also allow him to focus on his recovery.

It was not the first time he got the virus, though.
On February 15, Eunkwang's COVID-19 test came back positive a day after taking a self-testing kit that got a negative result. He tested himself after experiencing a sore throat.
He took a second opinion and visited a medical facility where he underwent a PCR test, and the result came back positive.
The development caused BTOB members Minhyuk, Sungjae, Peniel, Changsub, and Hyunsik to also receive the test.
BTOB Eunkwang Is One of the Best Male Idol Singers
Amid the bad news, Japanese fans took their time to vote for Eunkwang as one of the best K-pop vocalists.
On the poll posted on ITmedia, fans said BTOB Eunkwang ranks seventh on the list. Jungkook (BTS), DK (Seventeen), Taeil (NCT), Seungmin (Stray Kids), Yunho (TVXQ), and Onew (SHINee) joined the top 6.
Meanwhile, following Eunkwang on the list are TVXQ's Changmin, JYJ's Junsu, SHINee's Jonghyun, ATEEZ' Jongho, Stray Kids' Han, BTS' Jin, TOMORROW X TOGETHER's Taehyun, and JYJ's Jaejoong.
