As early as now, it has already been dubbed a "groundbreaking instant bestseller" by publishing insiders. So what does Spears' bombshell book entail?

Though nothing is confirmed yet, Page Six revealed that the memoir would be out in the fall, and its manuscript promised to be "inspiring."

"Britney's book is a story of triumph. It will cover her most vulnerable moments, her childhood – being a little girl with big dreams – her break-up with Justin Timberlake, the moment she shaved her head, and her battle with her family over her conservatorship," a source said. "It is also a story of survival, finding her way out of the crippling conservatorship to finding happiness with her husband Sam Ashgari."

The pop princess reportedly worked with the ghostwriter Sam Lansky, a known novelist and journalist who has written for The Atlantic, New York Magazine, and Time. He has also profiled some A-list stars, like Madonna, Nicki Minaj, and Adele.

Britney Spears About to Tell It All

Spears' publisher, Simon & Schuster, is already "thrilled" with the yet-to-be-titled memoir. Currently, the book is going through final legal revisions. It was planned to be released before the holidays.

"Britney's book is brutally honest and from the heart. No stone is left unturned. Its truly a female empowerment story – her taking control of her life," the insider added.

Britney Spears' $15 Million Book Deal

Page Six broke the news about Spears' $15 million book deal in February 2022. Sealed by Creative Artists Agency and her attorney Matthew Rosengart, it's dubbed as "one of the highest in history" after Barack and Michelle Obama's publishing deals.

Talking about her book, the "Hold Me Closer" singer said in a post on Instagram that she had written three versions of it and had "lots of therapy through the process."
