It was a long wait but fans finally got to see Nightwing in action in Titans Season 2. Luckily, we'll get to see more of Dick Grayson's new alter ego in the show's third season. But what can we expect for the character in Titans Season 3? Brenton Thwaites has just teased on some awesome new upgrades for Nightwing in the DC Universe series.
Thwaites recently spoke to Rotten Tomatoes where he confirmed that there will be major changes for Nightwing in the upcoming season. However, the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales star also pointed out that it will take longer to work on these since the costume costs a lot.
"We pitched a few ideas to change the suit in a way that we can still use the outline of the original suit because they are so time-consuming and expensive to make," Thwaites said. On the other hand, he's still hopeful that they will manage to work something out for Nightwing.
"It's better for us to enhance the one we've already got. We're working on different ways for Nightwing to have more gadgets," Thwaites added.
At this point, we're just glad to know that Nightwing is here to stay. However, those awesome upgrades would be amazing as Dick continues to embrace his new persona.
Titans Season 3 has not yet been given an official release date. However, the series is expected to return on DC Universe soon. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
