After a month-long hiatus, the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations manga series by Masashi Kishimoto and Mikio Ikemoto will finally return with Chapter 72 on Aug. 19, and some major spoilers have already leaked online. One of the biggest highlights of this chapter will be the return of Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki, whose spirits still remains intact through Boruto's karma mark after his defeat. According to the spoilers leaked online, Momoshiki appears in front of Boruto, and reiterates that only despair rescinds in his future and that Naruto's son cannot control his destiny.

Boruto's response: “This is just a joke, right?! (Like: please don’t be silly). My future is for me to decide!!!”

There's also a scene of Boruto screaming by himself, looking angsty after seeing Momoshiki again. We might also see the return of Borushiki (Boruto's form when Momoshiki takes over his body), but that hasn't been confirmed yet.

There's also a leaked page that shows Amado, Eida, and Daemon in winter outfits. Amado calls Shikimaru to tell him that they will accept the offer.

The leaked Boruto Chapter 72 spoilers also reveal that Code is on the move as he uses his claw marks to create an army by redistributing the Ten Tails' charkra and making it the size of normal human bodies.
