As Thousand-Year Blood War’s return inches ever closer, Bleach: TYBW Part 2 advance screenings were announced, and they are happening in Japan this June.
These upcoming screenings will give fans a chance to watch Episodes 14 and 15 ahead of their TV premiere. And as a bonus, the screenings will also feature a stage event featuring the show’s voice actors.
Even before the screenings though, fans can look forward to more Bleach-related news as a livestream will be held later this month that is set to reveal some interesting info.
More Bleach and Burn the Witch News Potentially Coming Soon
Last week, a livestream event was announced that will take place on May 28. The stream will begin on the 28th at 8:00 PM JST (7:00 AM ET / 4:00 AM PT) on the Jump Comics channel.
Details about what will be announced weren’t revealed yet, though it was confirmed that the stream will feature new information on Tite Kubo’s two major works – Bleach and Burn the Witch.
It’s not clear exactly what Bleach info will be revealed, though it’s likely something about the upcoming cour of the TYBW anime.
But there’s also a chance that this announcement will be manga related. This is because the Jump Comics channel recently released a new promo video for the manga.
As for Burn the Witch, the likely announcement is new manga chapters. After all, a continuation of the manga has been confirmed previously, though it has been a while since more details were revealed.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2 Advance Screening Dates
Bleach: TYBW's advance screenings will happen in selected cinemas in Japan later in June.
While the screenings will be available in multiple venues across Japan, demand is expected to be high.
Because of this, a pre-order lottery for tickets will happen from May 14-23 through e-plus. The general release of the tickets will then take place from June 14-23.
Along with showing the first two episodes of Part 2, the screenings will also show a stage event featuring voice cast members, including Masakazu Morita (Ichigo), Noriaki Sugiyama (Uryu), Yuichiro Umehara (Jugram), and Shunsuke Takeuchi (Askin).
The advance screenings will happen on June 25, 2023, at the cinemas listed here.
Meanwhile, the stage event (which will also feature the advance screening) will take place at the Hulic Hall Tokyo on the same day.
Currently, there’s no word on whether these advance screenings will also happen outside Japan.
