Black Panther is America’s Favorite Superhero Movie

Marvel fans might expect Captain America to be the American population's favorite Marvel superhero movie but as it turns out the US loves Black Panther the most.

CashLady just recently commissioned research asking which superhero movie is which country's favorite, and it looks like Black Panther is America's favorite comic book movie. The study tried searching for the average monthly search volume using the Ahrefs Keyword Explorer, and while some Ahrefts don't really hold data for some countries, the results came in with a few definitive answers.

Black Panther is the favorite superhero not only in most of America, but most of the world as well. Here's a list of where Black Panther takes the lead:

Afghanistan, Antigua And Barbuda, Bahrain, Belize, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Canada, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Djibouti, Estonia, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Haiti, Ireland, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, South Korea, Kuwait, North Macedonia, Malawi, Mali, Namibia, New Zealand, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Trinidad And Tobago, United Arab, Emirates, United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Captain Marvel on the other hand is the favorite in the United Kingdom as well as Australia, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Lebanon and the Philippines.

There's a country for most of the main superhero movies from Marvel and DC, however, there are are variations to how many love the movies the most. Of course, readers should note that the research was based on Ahrefs Keyword Explorer. Perhaps there would be a different answer if the research were to use statistical data through polling and surveying instead.

Marvel's next comic book movie, Black Widow, premieres on May 1, 2020.
