There's no denying that 2022 has been a pretty fruitful year for Marvel Studios with the release of several film and streaming projects that have helped shape up Phase Four. In case you weren't aware, the current phase is approaching its end later this year, and what better way to culminate things than with the upcoming Black Panther sequel, a project that also serves as the studio's farewell to the late Chadwick Boseman?
The project is currently shrouded in mystery as it will finally reveal T'Challa's official successor and for months now, fans have been speculating non-stop online as to which character could become the next Black Panther. Now, it turns out that work isn't done with the film and as per a new report, cameras are set to role once again for Black Panther 2.
According to a report from The Cosmic Circus, Wakanda Forever is set to undergo reshoots from September 7 through September 14 in Atlanta, Georgia. Key details about the production were not disclosed but it's obviously quite concerning, especially given the fact that it's all happening just two months before the sequel's theatrical release.

It's worth mentioning that filming for the anticipated MCU project wrapped last March and one would assume that post-production is going pretty smoothly. The film's cast even made an appearance during Marvel Studios' Hall H return at San Diego Comic-Con.
This is why it's all the more intriguing that they've only decided to do the reshoots now. Hopefully, it's nothing to be worried about and the whole reshoot isn't going to affect the film's release.
As it stands, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is still scheduled to hit cinemas on November 11, 2022.
