Black Adam Star Dwayne Johnson Reportedly Banned from Voicing Support for SnyderVerse

I think we can all agree that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is in touch with the comic book fandom and say what you will about the actor, but you can see that he's putting in all the work into making Black Adam a film that will push the envelope even further in the world of superheroes. Now, there's no doubt that the project will eventually lead to him clashing with the Justice League but given the current state of the DC Extended Universe, it remains unclear how everything will play out.

Apparently, the former WWE superstar is a massive believer of the SnyderVerse movement and according to several reports, he's in favor of the campaign to restore Zack Snyder's vision for the DCEU after his work in Justice League generated positive reception from fans and critics alike.

However, a new report from Small Screen claims that Warner Bros. doesn't want Johnson to publicly voice his support for the SnyderVerse movement. According to their scoop, Johnson is pretty much banned from talking about the Snyder Cut and the SnyderVerse most especially during promotions for Black Adam which is expected to premiere sometime in 2022.

Now, I'm not saying that The Rock has some sort of creative pull and influence over WB but the actor is known for being unfiltered and speaking his mind whenever he pleases and if he wants to express his support for the SnyderVerse, I don't think there's a single thing in this planet that could stop him from doing so.

Black Adam is currently in production.
