Black Adam: Dwayne Johnson Shares Update on the Release of the New Trailer

Dwayne Johnson is set to make his DCEU debut next month with the release of the highly-anticipated film Black Adam where he plays the titular antihero. The wrestler-turned-actor has promised that his arrival will change the "hierarchy of power" in the DCEU. For the past few months, they have released trailers and promos that gave us a preview of the film, and now it looks like another one is coming very soon.

Johnson recently posted a video on Instagram where he can be seen engaging with the test screening audience after they viewed the film in advance. The actor revealed that it was his first time to see the film with an audience and he can also be seen listening to the audience's feedback, who praised Johnson's turn as the newest hero in the DCEU.

The actor also confirmed in his post that the second trailer of the film will release this week. However, one of the producers Beau Flynn revealed in his own tweet that the trailer will arrive exactly this Thursday during Thursday Night Football.

Considering that the film is arriving in theaters next month, it makes sense that they are releasing a new trailer this Thursday to hype up the audience's anticipation and make them aware that the film is coming in just several weeks. It is going to be the next DCEU film following last year's The Suicide Squad.

It would be curious to see what they will reveal in the new trailer whether they'll finally give us the look at the villain or an extended look at the Justice Society of America. There's a chance that they will show the footage that they presented to the San Diego Comic-Con audience during their panel last July.
