Billy Dee Williams And Alan Tudyk Heading To Star Wars Celebration

It looks like the line-up for this year's Star Wars Celebration is filling out quite nicely. Lucasfilm just added some of the big guns to the biggest Star Wars convention this year because it looks like Billy Dee Williams and Alan Tudyk are heading to Star Wars Celebration in Chicago Illinois in two months time.

StarWars.com just recently confirmed the appearance of the Lando Calrissian and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story stars at the 2019 Star Wars Celebration, adding the Williams and Tudyk to the convention's guest list.

Lucasfilm also invited other Star Wars celebrities outside the live-action movies, bringing in Kanan voice actor Freddie Prinze Jr. and Ezra voice actor Taylor Gray from the popular DisneyXD animated Star Wars series, Star Wars Rebels.

Not only that, but "Anthony Forrest, who donned a stormtrooper bucket on Tatooine and was 'Jedi mind tricked' by Obi-Wan Kenobi; John Morton, best known as Dak, the other half of Luke Skywalker's snowspeeder team in the Battle of Hoth; and two of the Empire's finest officers, Julian Glover, who played General Veers, and Michael Culver, who was the ill-fated Captain Needa" are all going to attend the convention.

These names are going to join previously confirmed attendees like Chewbacca star Peter Mayhew, Star Wars Resistance Hype Fazon voice actor Donald Faison, and Star Wars Rebels Hera Syndulla voice actress Vanessa Marshall.

Hopefully Lucasfilm adds even more stars to the convention like sequel trilogy actors Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, and John Boyega. Fans are dying to learn more about Star Wars: Episode IX and it would be great to have the trio in a panel so everyone can bombard them with questions about the upcoming film.

Star Wars: Episode IX premieres December 20, 2019.
