Bill & Ted Face The Music Offers First Look At William Sadler As Death

One of the coolest things about Bill & Ted Face The Music is undoubtedly the return of William Sadler as the bass-playing Death. Luckily, we now have our first look at Sadler on the set of the film and it looks like he's barely aged a day.

The image was shared by Bill & Ted writer Ed Solomon on Twitter. The post compares a picture of Sadler while filming Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey to a more recent photo on the set of Face The Music. Check it out below.

Well, this certainly confirms that Sadler is the real Death because he looks exactly the same as he did back in 1991. Of course, makeup made a major contribution here but the man is looking good. We're guessing it has something to do with all the potatoes he consumes.

Sadler is not the only original Bill & Ted actor who will return in Face The Music (other than Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter). Amy Stoch, who previously played Bill's stepmother Missy in the first two movies, is set to reprise her role in the upcoming movie as well.

The synopsis for Face The Music reads as follows:

"Now enduring the monotony of middle-aged life, William 'Bill' S. Preston, Esq. and Theodore 'Ted' Logan are warned by a visitor from the future of the need for them to create a song that will save all life on Earth and the entire universe. The pair work with their families, old friends, and famous musicians to complete this task."

Bill & Ted Face The Music is scheduled for release on August 21, 2020.
