BigHit Music just proves fans’ assumptions are true. BTS’s Jin’s upcoming solo single, “The Astronaut,” is indeed a collaboration with Coldplay.

Ever since BigHit announced Jin would release a solo single gifted by an English band, many assumed it was Coldplay. The idol himself added more fuel to the fire when he said at BTS’s recent World Expo 2030 Busan Korea concert that he “ended up singing something” due to his “fortunate connection with someone he was a fan of.”

BTS’s Jin, Coldplay’s Collaboration

At midnight of Thursday, October 20, BigHit confirmed that Jin’s new solo single would be a collaboration between the artists and Coldplay.
