BIBI is reportedly in talks to join Song Joong Ki in the new South Korean movie with a working title Calamity.

By the looks of it, fans are about to see more of the singer-actress with the number of projects she's doing today.

BIBI May Work with Song Joong Ki

Calamity is about individuals who are moving toward a dangerous path to escape the "hellish realities" of life. Song Joong Ki is set to lead the new movie and may be joined by BIBI, per AllKpop.

So, fans are probably waiting if they will see these two artists together on the big screen.

BIBI just made her acting debut in the 2021 movie Whispering Corridors 6: The Humming. Aside from Calamity, she reportedly has an offer to play a role in an upcoming Disney+ drama series, The Greatest Evil.

BIBI Leaves Sweet Home 2

This news comes after BIBI leaves the TV series Sweet Home 2. The 23-year-old star is about to make her drama debut in the upcoming second season of the show, but she reportedly stepped down from her role due to scheduling problems.

"BIBI was confirmed to star in Sweet Home 2 and was preparing [for her role], but she canceled her appearance due to timing issues, including the filming schedule," a Netflix representative said in an announcement, via Soompi. "Currently, another actress has taken on the role and is filming."

BIBI to Release New Single

BIBI has been dominating the headlines today. Aside from her TV and movie projects, she's also about to drop a new single, "Animal Farm," on Tuesday, September 27, at 1 p.m. KST ahead of her first full-length album.

Feel Ghood Music revealed BIBI would finally release her first full-length album since she debuted. But before that, she will be pre-releasing "Animal Farm."

BIBI produced and wrote the song, while THE NEED composed the music.
