Behind Every Star Kdrama Episode 9 Recap

Squid Game fans were surely shocked after seeing the beginning of Behind Every Star’s episode 9. The new episode shows Heo Sung Tae’s co-star, Kim Joo Ryeong, in the Netflix series as she dons the notable green uniform while finding herself in the middle of black space.

She plays the glass bridge game which was featured in the series, but it is just a one-line bridge.


Kim Jung Don wakes her up from the bad dream and proceeds with her scheduled meeting. The two also try bungee jumping, but Kim Joo Ryeong ends up quitting due to the fear of heights she developed. Despite that, she still wants to work with the director.

So Hyun Joo’s mother, So Jung Hee, goes to her place and insists on meeting Director Ma Tae Oh. When asked about his status with Song Eun Ha, the director refuses to speak up.

Meanwhile, Sunny Lim starts showing dominance toward Method Entertainment’s staff members.

Koo Hae Jun gets on everyone’s nerves again for making another decision without consulting the staff. Director Ma Tae Oh suggests that he should leave the management with them instead. But the new president challenges them before giving them the work.

While Kim Jung Don tries to help Kang Hee Sun find a role, he also helps Kim Joo Ryeong overcome her phobia.

Song Eun Ha and So Jung Hee finally meet and agree to see each other again without Ma Tae Oh. This causes Song Eun Ha to end things for good with the director.


Chun Jane and the key staff members of Method Entertainment meet to plan something against Koo Hae Jun. She also tells them they should boycott the inauguration ceremony he plans for them.

However, they shock each other by attending the event. Koo Hae Jun also secures a collaboration with another company.

In the end, Kim Joo Ryeong overcomes her fear of heights. Meanwhile, Koo Hae Jun asks Ma Tae Oh to lead Method Entertainment’s co-production with SY Pictures.
