Bae Hyun Sung is still learning to become more confident as an actor.
After making his debut in the web series, Love Playlist, Bae Hyun Sung continuously added more titles under his belt. The K-dramas and movies under his belt now include The Divine Fury, What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, Extra-Ordinary You, and Hospital Playlist.
Despite his experience, the actor admitted that he was extremely nervous while working on the drama.

Bae Hyun Sung Reflects on His Our Blues Character
Our Blues is a 2022 TVN drama set on Jeju Island. It explores the heartbreaking and bitter stories about the characters.
Its cast members include Kim Woo Bin, Shin Min Ah, Lee Byung Hun, Lee Jung Eun, Han Ji Min, Kim Hye Ja, and Uhm Jung Hwa, to name a few. In the K-drama series, Bae Hyun Sung plays the role of a high school student, Jung Hyun.

He revealed that aside from the fact that the K-drama is a project by Noh Hee Kyung and has senior actors, he felt nervous because of Kim Woo Bin. He said in his recent interview that the actor has been his hero since watching him in School 2013.
“I went with the thought that I definitely had to greet him. I remember seeing him and being unable to say anything at first because I’m such a big fan. In the scene where all the senior actors meet altogether, they took care of me so well. I think this will become a memorable project,” he said.
Bae Hyun Sung Names His Role Model
Although he admires Kim Woo Bin, Bae Hyun Sung named Park Seo Joon as his current role model instead.
The young actor revealed that he has watched the actor, who is currently his labelmate, in several dramas before his own debut. Because of that, he made the acting advice he received from the She Was Pretty actor his groundwork.
Bae Hyun Sung only debuted a few years ago. For now, he dreams of becoming a cool senior actor like his Our Blues co-stars.
Fans can see him act in the K-drama again before its final two episodes on June 11 and 12.
