Babanbabanban Vampire Arrives in January 2025
Get ready to meet an eccentric vampire anime character this winter, as the Babanbabanban Vampire anime is scheduled to come out in January 2025.
This announcement was made through TV Asahi’s anime lineup press conference, which means the Babanbabanban Vampire anime will be airing alongside anime titles such as Sakamoto Days, Momentary Lily, and 100 Girlfriends season 2, to name a few.
In addition to the anime’s release window announcement, a new teaser promotional video and key visual have also been unveiled.
The 43-second teaser video introduces the vampire Ranmaru Mori, who sidelines as a public bath cleaner, while the key visual shows Ranmaru in full vampire elegance while holding some cleaning tools.
Also revealed were the main cast of the anime, including Daisuke Namikawa (Jack the Ripper in Black Clover) as Ranmaru Mori and Yusuke Kobayashi (Senku Ishigami in Dr. Stone: New World) as Rihito Tatsuno.
Itsuro Kawasaki (The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil) will direct and write the scripts for the BL anime at Studio GAINA.
Babanbabanban Vampire Release Date Predictions
The exact release date of the Babanbabanban Vampire anime is not yet confirmed, but it’s likely to arrive in the first or second week of January 2025, when most anime usually release their debut episodes.
Provided there are no delays in production or broadcast schedule, the first episode of the Babanbabanban Vampire anime is expected to drop between January 1 and 5 or between January 6 and 12 in the winter season.

The upcoming Babanbabanban Vampire anime is expected to closely follow the original story of the comedy and yaoi Japanese manga series of the same name, written and illustrated by Hiromasa Okujima.
The manga centers around a 450-year-old ancient vampire named Ranmaru Mori, who decided to have a part-time job at an old public bath to keep an eye on the 15-year-old Rihito Tatsuno.
Rihito is the bath owner's son, so Ranmaru has no choice but to pick up some cleaning tools to watch over him.
What is Ranmaru's goal? Well, he only wants to preserve Rihito's virginity so that his blood is much more delectable and attractive when he drinks it!
