What a week it has been for Ayakashi Triangle fans, but not really for the better. That’s because both the Ayakashi Triangle anime and manga ended on consecutive days.
That’s not to say that the manga and anime’s endings are bad. It’s just that the anime and manga ending at the same time is a double whammy.
Now, fans will have to look for a new series to satisfy their dose of ecchi romance.
Ayakashi Triangle Manga Ends in Chapter 144
Ayakashi Triangle isn’t for everyone, but for fans of ecchi romantic comedies, it’s pretty much the perfect series. After all, it’s made by Kentaro Yabuki, the acclaimed co-creator of To Love Ru.
Since it began serialization back in June 2020, the series has gained a sizeable following among ecchi manga and anime fans. After all, the series follows in the vein of Yabuki’s other works.
Even though it’s a fairly successful series, it was reported a week ago that the next chapter will be its last. Long-time readers weren’t surprised by these reports given that the manga’s story has been set up to end soon.
Finally, Ayakashi Triangle Chapter 144 was released officially yesterday, and it was indeed the manga’s final chapter.
Many readers wanted the series to continue, though most of the reactions to the ending are positive, based on the reactions to its final chapter online.
With the manga coming to an end, fans can at least look forward to the final volume’s release, which is scheduled for December 4, 2023.

Ayakashi Triangle Anime Also Ends After Lengthy Delay
Along with the manga, the Ayakashi Triangle anime adaptation ended with its 12th episode, which was only released today.
The anime adaptation was supposed to end much earlier in 2023, but it was among the shows that were affected by the Winter 23 anime delays. Specifically, it went on a long hiatus in March.
Ayakashi Triangle finally resumed its broadcast with Episode 7, which was released on August 22. Since then, the show has been airing new episodes weekly.
Given the timing of the manga and the anime’s ending, it seems that Yabuki planned for this to happen when the anime was delayed. It’ll be interesting to see what new series Yabuki will write next.
As with the manga, anime fans can at least look forward to the Ayakashi Triangle Blu-ray release as Volume 1 will finally be released tomorrow, September 27.
