Avengers Infinity War Concept Art Shows a More Comic-Accurate Iron Spider

We were teased with the Iron Spider suit in Spider-Man: Homecoming, but we only got to see it in action come Avengers: Infinity War. Though the suit is referred to as the Iron Spider, some concept art has come out online that gives us a more comic-accurate look.

Check it out:

This concept looks a lot closer to the suit, with the more prominent gold accents as well as the logo on the chest. If anything, it looks like the normal Spider-Man suit with some gold parts slapped onto it. I guess the only thing needed to complete the suit would be the mechanical arms that came on the back.

Just in case you didn't know, the original Iron Spider suit was introduced during the Civil War storyline in the comics, with Spider-Man being the first hero to publicly register himself and reveal his identity to the public. The Iron Spider suit shared the gold and red colors of Iron Man and came with three mechanical arms on the back.

With Spider-Man being introduced in the Civil War film, it would make sense that he would get the more traditional suit from Stark first. It was impressive that they attempted an Iron Spider version of the suit at all.

Though Spider-Man is currently dust right now, we're sure to get Peter Parker back by the end of Avengers 4. Catch him in the sequel to Homecoming, Spider-Man: Far from Home which comes out July 5, 2019.
