Avengers: Endgame Directors Promise The Rerelease Is Going Global


There was a whole lot of buzz whe Marvel announced that it would be rereleasing Avengers: Endgame in cinemas later this month. Making another push to beat Avatar's record as the highest grossing film of all time, the studio promised fans new footage in the Avengers: Endgame rerelease, tempting everyone with extra scenes, an introduction by co-director Anthony Russo, a sneak peak at Spider-Man: Far From Home, and a tribute to the legendary Stan Lee.

These treats are enticing to say the least, however, fans have been worrying that the rerelease might be limited to North America. Luckily, it seems like fans all over the world are going to get a chance to see the Endgame rerelease.

Taking to Twitter, Joe and Anthony Russo promised fans that fans around the globe would be able to have the opportunity to check out the rerelease of Endgame when it hits cinemas on June 28.

Following up a post featuring an exclusive poster and detailing the offerings of the Endgame rerelease, the Russo brothers reminded fans that the film would be a global release.

That's definitely good to know. Fans are excited to see all the extra footage on the big screen. Sure, the same footage might make its way in the film's DVD and Blu-Ray release, but not everyone can purchase a home copy of Endgame. Cinema screenings, on the other hand, seem more accessible. And they're quicker too.

Avengers: Endgame hits cinemas again on June 28, this time with extra footage.
