Attack on Titan: Hajime Isayama Confirms Eren's Latest Titan Name in Final Season Part 3


It will still be a long wait for the last episodes of Attack on Titan Season 4 but we're finally learning new things about the story. For instance, Hajime Isayama has just confirmed the official name of Eren Yeager's new Titan now that he has taken the Founding Titan.

In Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2, Eren Yeager was killed by Gabi Braun but not before his head makes contact with Zeke Yeager and they find themselves at the Paths where Eren refuses to go through with Zeke's plans. Although Zeke tries to convince Eren to take his side, Eren ultimately got Ymir to choose him instead and give him the power of the Founding Titan.

The result is a truly gigantic Titan who commands the Colossal Titans who were freed from the Walls. The same new Titan appears on the jacket for Attack on Titan The Final Season Volume 4 Blu-ray and DVD and has been officially dubbed "The Final Titan" by Hajime Isayama himself.

It's great to know that Hajime Isayama has given Eren's final titan a fitting name. After all, this Titan will bring an end to the story. With that in mind, we can't wait to see more of the Final Titan when the last episodes of Attack on Titan Season 4 premiere next year.

The final part of Attack on Titan Season 4 is set to adapt the last nine chapters of the manga. It is unclear how many episodes the next cour will have but it is possible that the episode count will not exceed 13.

Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 3 has not yet been given an official release date but is expected to premiere in early 2023. In the meantime, the Attack on Titan The Final Season Volume 4 Blu-ray and DVD will be released on August 17, 2022.
