Attack on Titan Might Be Planning on Future Anime Projects

Anime fans are highly-anticipating the release of Attack on Titan Season 4, Part 2, the final batch of episodes that will wrap up Hajime Isayama's story. The popular manga series already ended earlier this year, and with the anime series approaching its end, fans are wondering if there will be more content for Attack on Titan that will be released in the near future. A recent tweet might be hinting at just that.

Just after Attack on Titan announced the final return of the anime series, the official manga page for the editor of Attack on Titan shared a big announcement as thanks. The tweet hyped up the final part of Season 4, and the post also revealed that the team started meeting about the future of the franchise.

"A thank you to the Attack on Titan anime that keeps us happy (and working) even after the manga's serialization ended. Along with the anime, we [the staff] have begun meeting about the future, so please look forward to it," the English translation of the tweet reads.

Of course, fans are geeking out about the vague message, but for now, Isayama and his team haven't confirmed any plans to continue the story of Attack on Titan or create a spinoff set in the world of the fan-favorite series. Of course, this could mean nothing, but this is not the first time the editors have teased the return of the franchise.
