Attack on Titan Finally Reveals The Ninth Shifter

Hajime Isayama's still working hard to deliver new chapters of Attack on Titan to his readers. Though Wit Studio's anime adaptation is taking a short hiatus from its second season, the series' mangaka has just released a new chapter centered on the real story behind Marley and Reiner Braun's ties with the Titan Shifters.

According to a report by Comicbook, Isayama has finally revealed the identity of the ninth Titan Shifter. Those who'd like to stay away from spoilers better head on out right now, because this article's going to discuss the events of the latest chapter.

With Zeke meeting Reiner and the rest of the team to discuss methods on how to retrieve the Founding Titan, fans get to hear about a family in Marley who can help the group in their mission.

"100 years ago, in the Great Titan War, they were the first noble family to raise the banner of revolution against King Fritz. As honorary Marleyans, although they assumed a stance of non-intervention both in politics and war, they thought about the future of Marley and Eldia and Rose to the occasion as necessary," the soldier Zeke explained in the chapter.

"It's true that the Teiber family has never used their Titan power against an enemy country. More than anything, in the Great Titan War with the withdrawal of King Fritz, this family has a lot of influence… If we go through the Teiber family, the world will definitely have to list to what we have to say," Peck added.

Unfortunately, while the mangaka has finally dropped the bomb on readers, Isayama didn't give fans a look at the Warhammer Titan or the Titan's shifter. However, fans believe that they may have come across the Titan before in images of the Great Titan War, with one of the images sowing a Titan carrying a hammer like Thor's.
