The latest episode of Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 certainly had fans talking because of a truly shocking moment as Gabi once again ended up with a gun in her hands. However, there are several discussions about Episode 78 that don't have anything to do with Eren Yeager's unexpected decapitation. The episode is titled Two Brothers, which everyone assumes is a reference to Eren and Zeke Yeager, who are finally set to enact their big plan. However, there are other brothers who also played major roles in the third episode of The Final Season Part 2!

The second half of Attack on Titan Season 4 saw Colt Grice trying to reunite with his younger brother Falco, who is revealed to have ingested Zeke's spinal fluid. This means Falco would instantly turn into a Titan as soon as Zeke screams.

Although the brothers were finally reunited in the previous episode, Episode 78 saw the Grices being caught in the middle of Zeke's plan. Just as Zeke prepares to scream, Colt begs him to wait longer until Falco is out of hearing range. Although Zeke is moved by Colt's plea, he ultimately goes through with his plan, instantly turning Falco into a Titan and killing Colt.

As a Titan, Falco attacks Reiner Braun and begins to bite his nape. However, the severely injured Porco steps out of the Jaw Titan and distracts Falco. He then reveals that he saw a vision of his brother Marcel who he claims fooled the military and turned Reiner into a hero just to protect Porco. As Falco rushes for him, Porco declares that he has always been superior to Reiner.

While all this is happening, Eren continues to try and make contact with Zeke. He quickly escapes his Titan body so his human form can reach Zeke but is shockingly stopped by Gabi, who has grabbed Colt's anti-Titan rifle and effectively decapitates him. Despite this, Zeke manages to catch Eren's head and they both end up in the Paths.

In the mystical realm, it is revealed that Eren had no intentions to go through with Zeke's plan. The frustrated Zeke then decides it is time to get rid of Grisha's brainwashing of his brother.

Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 20 is titled Memories of the Future ("Mirai no Kioku") and takes its name after Chapter 121 in the manga. Episode 79 will air on Monday, January 31, 2022, at 12:05 AM JST.
