Hajime Isayama may have ended the Attack on Titan manga two years ago, but he has continued to play a big role in the anime adaptation.

In fact, Isayama helped in creating the anime’s finale, adding some changes to the storyboards.

To mark the anime’s proper conclusion, Isayama shared a special illustration featuring Eren, Mikasa, and Armin.

There, Isayama also shared a short message to fans, thanking them for their support of the series in the past decade.

On top of this, Isayama also signed the illustration with an adorable Mikasa doodle. Check it out here:

It has been quite a rollercoaster for Hajime Isayama over the past two years. After all, the manga’s ending proved to be quite controversial, enough that he apologized for it at an event last year.

Thankfully, Isayama can breathe easily as the anime’s ending has been mostly well-received by fans.

On platforms like X and Reddit, most viewers appreciated the ending and celebrated the series following the finale.
