If you think it'll be that easy, you might be wrong. Netflix is putting up a challenge, are you ready for it? Army of the Dead will have its first 15 minutes released but such will be an exclusive look for those who would join the hunt.

NetflixFilm released a tweet stating "If you want to unlock the first 15 minutes of #ArmyOfTheDead you're going to have to do some digging (literally). RETWEET this tweet for updates on an exclusive look at the film on May 13th, 10AM PT."

In the same tweet, there is an attached 16 second video of snippets and the words "your mission is here" and "unlock the first 15 minutes of Army of the Dead" with an invitation to join their YouTube livestream on the same date.

It seems that the new zombie flick of Zack Snyder is going to turn up the marketing of the film to a more interesting twist through a challenge. With the words "digging" and "literally" together, there seems to be a hunt a week before the full film would be released on the streaming giant, Netflix.

Zack Snyder's Army of The Dead is the return of the famous director to the zombie genre years after he remade the Dawn of the Dead. The film will be set in Las Vegas where a group of mercenaries would be risking a gamble, the biggest they'll ever take in their whole life, as they try to pull off an ambitious and deadly heist in the middle of the quarantine zone following a zombie outbreak in the city.

Army of the Dead already has a prequel underway, Army of Thieves, which will be focusing on the early days of the zombie outbreak and how the love of cracking safes would play a significant role in Ludwig Dieter's character and how the safe in the Army of the Dead has an importance to him.

Army of the Dead cast includes Dave Bautista, Matthias Schweighöfer, Omari Hardwick, Theo Rossi, Ana De La Reguera, Ella Purnell, Huma Qureshi, Hiroyuki Sanada, Samantha Win, Rich Cetrone, Nora Arnezeder, Raúl Castillo, and Garret Dillahunt.

Join the hunt on May 13, 2021 to get access to the first 15 minutes of Army of the Dead before its premiere on May 21, 2021 through Netflix.
