Arcane: League of Legends Netflix Series New Trailer Released For Act 2

Netflix has released a new trailer for Act 2 of the League of Legends animated series Arcane ahead of the three new episodes premiering on the streaming platform this weekend. The show, which is based on Riot Games' popular MOBA game follows the story of League of Legends champions Vi and Jinx. There are other champions featured in the show, but the story of the show focuses largely on the sisters.

While the first three episodes released last weekend set the stage for Violet, Powder (Jinx), and other characters like Jayce, Caitlin, Viktor, Silco, and Helmerdinger, and the twin cities of Piltover and Zaun, the Act 2 trailer promises more exciting reveals.

Watch the trailer for Arcane Act 2 below:

As shown in the trailer, Act 2 will show the repercussions of the events of Act 1 where Violet abandoned Powder, as well as how Powder became the chaotic Jinx under the influence of the ruthless killer, Silco. The trailer highlights the tension between the underworld slums of Zaun and the utopian city of Piltover. It looks like there are threats in both cities, and Piltover is considering more "radical solutions" to fighting the threats of Zaun, but it looks like Jayce is voicing his concern that there are still innocent people "down there".

As expected, Vi and Powder will meet again, and it's clear that the sisters are on different sides of the conflict, so it would be interesting to see how their relationship develops as other forces from both Zaun and Piltover affect their lives. It looks like the sisters will be forced to fight as Silco and his group of rebels ignite a rebellion against Piltover.

Arcane Act 2 is set to premiere on Netflix on Nov. 13 with three new episodes. For more details about this show, check out everything you need to know about Arcane here.
