He was the NFL Receptions Leader in 2014 and 2015 and the AFC Receiving Touchdowns Leader in 2014. However, he left the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2018.
He then became a member of the Oakland Raiders in 2019 for a short time. It ended before the season started and after he received fines worth $215,000 after a row with the group’s manager.

He then signed a one-year deal with the New England Patriots. But after just 11 days, he was cut from the team due to his sexual assault allegations.
In 2020, Antonio Brown alluded to his interest in retiring. However, he was suspended for the first eight weeks of the 2020 NFL season after violating the league's personal conduct policy.
After that, though, he signed a one-year contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, thanks to Tom Brady’s help.
However, in week 17 of the 2021 season, he suddenly removed his jersey, shoulder pads and shirt and ran off the field amid the third quarter. He was instantly out of the group.

For his rookie year, he got $393,000 and $450,000 in his sophomore year. He got a five-year contract worth $42 million in 2012 to extend his time with the Steelers, increasing his earnings to $9 million.

The Controversies of Antonio Brown
After the incident with the Buccaneers, coach Bruce Arians said he was not part of the team anymore.
No one knows why Antonio Brown decided to create the drama, but his brother, Desmond Brown, believed it was because he realized he could not achieve the milestone set in his contract. He would also miss out on the financial incentives.

Overall, he had missed a possible $1 million worth of incentives after what he did.
Anyhow, this is not the first controversy he got into. In December 2021, he was suspended for three games for using a fake COVID-19 vaccination card.
