House, M.D. is also called House. The American medical drama is a TV show that ran on the Fox network from November 2004 to May 2012. The series had a total of eight seasons, which followed the story of Dr. Gregory House (played by Hugh Laurie), who is an unconventional medical genius with a dependence on pain meds.

House tends to clash with his fellow doctors, including the diagnostic team assigned to him. This is because he had subtle and controversial hypotheses about the illnesses of his patients.

In one of the episodes, Nolan made the call to write a letter to the medical board so that House could get his license. Because of this, House threatens him with civil disobedience. Thankfully, Nolan was able to get around his patient's nonsense.

After an incident, House finally decides to comply with his doctor's treatments. Braugher's character helped House recover from his Vicodin addiction. House also manages to open up to him and learns how to trust others once again.

To show the level of trust he had with his patient, Nolan asked House for a second consult when his father was on his deathbed. This led House to see that Nolan treated him like a close friend.

Even though their relationship started on the wrong foot, House proves his loyalty to Nolan by staying beside his dying father. This comforted Nolan, which he thanked House for.
