Amazon Casts Ema Horvath in The Lord of The Rings Series

It looks like Amazon has added another actress in its roster of films for its upcoming live-action Lord of the Rings series.

Casting for the highly-anticipated series has been underway, and Amazon has been announcing actors and actresses' names left and right. Now, according to a report by Deadline, the series has added another name to the list, bringing in Ema Horvath as the newest member of the ensemble.

Of course, like the other casting announcements, other details about the casting are pretty much scarce. The streaming network refused to reveal who exactly Horvath is playing or any of the traits of her character on the show.

What we do know, however, is that Horvath is set as a series regular in The Lord of the Rings series. This may mean that Horvath is set to play one of the main characters in the series. If not a main character, then a character of importance perhaps.

This might sound a bit of a surprise to fans. Horvath is relatively new to the acting industry. The actress doesn't have that much experience under her belt. The actress just starred in the 2019 horror thriller The Gallows Act II, and aside from that, nothing much else.

Still, we can't wait to see Horvath take her role and shine in The Lord of the Rings. News of the actress' casting comes after Amazon cast Will Pulter as Baldor. The character, however, has also been shrouded in a whole lot of mystery.

Amazon's Lord of the Rings series has yet to receive a release date, but we'll update everyone as soon as we get word.
