Netflix has announced its lineup of movies and TV shows coming in December 2020, and it looks like the streaming giant is ending 2020 with a bang. Awards contenders and exciting Netflix originals will be released throughout the month.
If you're looking for great films to watch in December 2020, you may want to check out George Clooney's The Midnight Sky, which features him also playing a scientist trying to prevent a group of returning astronauts from returning to a post-apocalyptic Earth. Netflix will also feature the final film performance of the late Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman, and Viola Davis in feature adaptation of August Wilson's Ma Rainey's Black Bottom. Another awards-contender is director David Fincher's Mank, which chronicles the making of Citizen Kane from the eyes of one of its creators, screenwriter screenwriter Herman J. Mankiewicz (played by Gary Oldman).
Some of the TV show highlights include final season of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and the Japanese series Alice in Borderland, which is based on the suspense manga by Haro Aso.
