Ahsoka’s Appearance in Star Wars: The Mandalorian Gets New Details

Star Wars fans were thrilled when word came out that Rosario Dawson was in talks to play Ahsoka Tahno in the second season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian. If the reports prove to be true, then the fan-favorite Jedi deserter would finally find her way into live-action Star Wars, something that fans have been hoping for years.

Now, after weeks of silence regarding Ahsoka's appearance in The Mandalorian, details about the former Padawan's live-action inauguration have made their way online.

Star Wars News Net has reportedly learned about new information about Ahsoka Tano's live-action debut in Jon Favreau's hit Star Wars series, not only about her physical appearance, but the extent of her role in the show.

According to the entertainment news site, fans are going to see Rosario Dawson dressed in a way that makes Asoka look like she did in her final appearance in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Ahsoka will be dressed in a dark gray hooded robe, though her Togruta Lekku will still be in display during her appearance in The Mandalorian. The former Jedi Padawan will also be bringing a lightsaber with her, though it's largely uncertain whether she'll have a second lightsaber with her.

While the site speculates that Ahsoka won't have a large role in the series, she is definitely "coming to fight." Ahsoka has walked away from the Jedi Order before, but now, she's going to take up a more active role to defend the galaxy.

As with all rumors circulating online, we advise fans to take this report with a grain of salt. Sure, Star Wars News Net has given accurate news leaks before, but we'll have to wait for Lucasfilm to send out a confirmation.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian is expected to return with its second season sometime in October this year.
