Kingdom Hearts 3 Re: MIND is coming out soon and will be the only piece of DLC the game will be getting. Sure, some fans will wonder why the content wasn't available right away but this is better than Square Enix releasing a Final Mix version of Kingdom Hearts 3. Fans are now wondering what's next for the beloved franchise and it looks like a new Kingdom Hearts game is on the horizon.
During a Japanese Q & A for the game titled 13 Questions of Darkness (thanks Gematsu), it was revealed that there are now two development teams working on Kingdom Hearts. As if that wasn't interesting enough, the Q & A revealed that one of the games from the new development teams will be coming out "surprisingly soon."
Unfortunately, it won't be a traditional Kingdom Hearts game like the original titles or Kingdom Hearts 3, though we are still interested in what this could be. As long as it's not a cheap little mobile game (it's going to be one huh?) then we're going to be quite happy with this new game. Then again, most of us would just be happy if they released Kingdom Hearts 3 with all its DLC on the Nintendo Switch.
Still, with Kingdom Hearts 3 Re: MIND coming out fairly soon, it's hard to be disappointed with the news. After all, there are a lot of new games to check out and Kingdom Hearts fans have proven to be a patient bunch if anything else.
Kingdom Hearts 3 is now available on PS4 and Xbox One. Kingdom Hearts 3 Re: MIND comes out tomorrow on PS4 and next month for Xbox One.
