One thing many look forward to in this series is the reunion of Cha Eun-woo and Park Gyu-young. The two previously starred as an office couple in Uran Zakapa's You're the Reason music video.

Cha Eun-woo as Jin Seo-won
The ASTRO member stars as a math teacher in A Good Day to Be a Dog.
His role, Jin Seo-won, had a traumatic experience with dogs during his childhood. Because of this, he is unable to help Park Gyu-young's Han Hae-na to return to normal.
Aside from being a boy band member, Eun-woo has starred in several Kdramas including Island, Soul Plate, True Beauty, My ID is Gangnam Beauty, and Rookie Historian Goo Hye Ryung.

Park Gyu-young as Han Hae-na
Park Gyu-young stars in A Good Day to Be a Dog as another high school teacher named Han Hae-na. Although she is a kind person, her family keeps a dark secret: the women are cursed.
If they kiss someone, they turn into a dog at the strike of midnight. They spend the next six hours of the early morning in this form before they return to their human self.
Unfortunately, this goes on for the succeeding days. The only way for the curse to be lifted is if the person they kissed will kiss them again while in their canine form.
As luck has it, the person that Hae-na kissed is terrified of dogs. Things will be interesting as the show progresses.
Gyu-young has starred in other Kdramas like The Devil Judge, Sweet Home, Dali and Cocky Prince, and Celebrity.

Lee Hyun-woo as Lee Bo-gyeum
Lee Hyun-woo also stars in the show as a kind-hearted teacher called Lee Bo-gyeum. Because of his sunny disposition, it's easy to see why Hae-na gets smitten by him and decides to take the risk with him.
As an actor, Hyun-woo has starred in many TV shows and films. His most recent role was Rio in the Korean adaptation of Money Heist, Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area.
