Just a few months after its announcement, the upcoming 7th Time Loop anime finally revealed its January 2024 release date via a new trailer.
Aside from its early 2024 release, the new trailer also showed off brand-new footage from the upcoming fantasy romance anime.
Along with these, more details about the series were shared, including the opening and ending themes.
On top of these, this upcoming fantasy anime also got a new teaser visual which teases what fans can expect in the series.
7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life – What to Expect
Officially titled 7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy!, this upcoming anime by Studio Kai (Captain Tsubasa: Junior Youth Arc) is based on a light novel series of the same name.
As its title implies, the story features a protagonist who is stuck on a time loop. Specifically, the story follows Rishe Weitzner, a woman who is used as a political pawn of her parents.
Rishe is stuck on a time loop where she always ends up dead after being married off in a political union.
Now on her seventh loop, Rishe aims to live a lazy life after being married off to the Crown Prince of the Hyne Kingdom, which is the source of most of the world’s problems.
As previously revealed, the main character, Rishe, is voiced by Ikumi Hasegawa, the popular VA of Ikuyo Kita in Bocchi the Rock! She is joined by Nobunaga Shimazaki (Mahito in Jujutsu Kaisen) as Arnold Hein.
Two new VAs were also revealed, including Mariya Ise (Himeno in Chainsaw Man) as Theodor Hein and Shun'ichi Toki (Kazutora Hanemiya in Tokyo Revengers) as Oliver Friedheim.

7th Time Loop Anime Reveals January 2024 Release Date
Along with two new VAs, the show’s themes were also revealed. For its opening, the anime tapped Toki to perform the song, Another Birthday.
Meanwhile, the anime’s ending theme is titled Kienai by THE BINARY, a Japanese music group.
While the songs were revealed, the new trailer doesn’t preview them yet. It does at least feature new footage and highlights the voice cast. Check it out here:
7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys Her Life is set to be released in Japan sometime in January 2024, likely early in the month.
Fans in the US and other select regions will also be able to watch the anime on Crunchyroll in Winter 24.
