2 New Clips From Bloodshot Feature Vin Diesel Learning About His Nanotechnology-Enhanced Body

The Bloodshoot movie starring Vin Diesel will open the door for the Valiant Universe as it's the first film based on the Valiant comic books, and Sony Pictures is hoping that it will be a lucrative film franchise, but will it bring in the box office results it needs to build this movie universe?

Ahead of Bloodshot's release this weekend, Sony Pictures released two new clips from the sci-fi superhero film. The first clip features Vin Diesel talking to Eiza Gonzalez, who plays KT, about his lost memories; the second clip features Diesel's character learning about his nanotechnology body from Guy Pearce, who plays Dr. Emil Harting.

Watch the clips below:

Diesel plays the role of Ray Garrison, "a soldier recently killed in action and brought back to life as the superhero Bloodshot by the RST corporation. With an army of nanotechnology in his veins, he's an unstoppable force –stronger than ever and able to heal instantly. But in controlling his body, the company has sway over his mind and memories, too. Now, Ray doesn't know what's real and what's not – but he's on a mission to find out."

Bloodshot was directed by Dave Wilson, the partner of Deadpool director Tim Miller at Blur Studios. The movie also stars Michael Sheen, Toby Kebbell, Alex Hernandez, Talulah Riley, and Sam Heughan (Outlander).

Bloodshot is set to release in theaters on March 13, 2020.
