Marvel Fan Creates Avengers: Endgame Poster Tribute To Stan Lee

Yesterday, Marvel released 32 different character posters to help promote Avengers: Endgame. The posters were given two different designs – fully colored images for characters that survived Thanos' Decimation, and black and white posters for those who fell victim to the Mad Titan, one way or another.

It was an unexpected release, and while many were thrown off by the posters different revelations, fans couldn't help but feel that the set missed one little thing – a poster for Marvel Comic Book Legend, Stan Lee.

Thanks to a Marvel fan on Reddit, Marvel Studio's cameo king gets his very own Endgame character poster. The poster serves as a tribute to Stan the Man and his legacy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as one of its biggest influences.

Fans were pretty devastated when Lee passed away last year. While some were glad that the Marvel legend was able to finally find some respite from all the health issues that he's had, others were heartbroken to know that the man behind so many great Marvel heroes just passed away.

Luckily, Lee had already completed filming his cameo sequences for many of Marvel's upcoming MCU projects. That includes Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame, and possibly this summer's Spider-Man: Far From Home.

We're not quite sure what kind of cameo Lee has in Endgame, but we expect Joe and Anthony Russo to pay their respects to Stan the Man in the film the same way that Captain Marvel did.

Avengers: Endgame premieres April 26, 2019.
