Spider-Man: Far From Home Confirms Peter And May Aren't In Queens Anymore

There's a lot of interesting things that happened in Spider-Man: Far From Home. For instance, the film explained what happened after the events in Avengers: Endgame like why Peter Parker and his classmates had to stay in high school although five years have gone by. But did "the blip" also lead to Peter and Aunt May getting a new apartment?

A post on Reddit suggests that the opening scene may have hinted at the big move. When Peter and May attend a charity event, May reveals that there were new tenants in their apartment when she returned from the snap. She even joked that they thought she was a ghost. Interestingly, this could mean that Peter and May had to find a new place to live in.

So where exactly did they move? The post further points out that the closing scene in the film showed Peter navigating Manhattan before dropping in to pick up MJ. Since Peter was talking to May and Happy Hogan just before that scene, it could mean that their new apartment is actually in Manhattan.

It wouldn't be a surprise if Peter and May have upgraded to a better apartment in a different part of New York. After all, Pepper Potts and Happy Hogan may have helped them find a new place to live and although Tony Stark wasn't around to choose their new dwellings, Pepper and Happy could have provided the upgrade. This might also explain why Peter's room looks slightly different in the film.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is currently screening in theaters around the globe.
