We've already seen Natasha Romanoff in action but can Yelena Belova be just as resourceful as her sister? A new clip from Black Widow teases Yelena's impulsive actions when things don't go according to plan.
The new Black Widowclip is titled You Got A Plan? and it opens with Nat and Yelena in a car. When Nat has trouble backing out with the vehicle, Yelena starts to mock her, prompting Nat to tell her to be quiet.
It is then revealed that they are being attacked by an unidentified Black Widow on a motorcycle. She fires around at the car but Nat manages to drive away. However, the woman launches after them, chasing them in her bike.
It becomes clear that the Black Widow isn't giving up on the chase and Yelena is getting impatient as another round takes out the window in the backseat. "Okay, you got a plan or shall I just stay duck and cover?" she asks Nat. "My plan was to drive us away," Nat answers.
Naturally, the response isn't good enough for Yelena. "Well, your plan sucks," she shoots back before grabbing the steering wheel and causing the car to do a full turn so it's facing their attacker. Yelena then throws the door open and kicks it off the vehicle, sending it flying to the Black Widow who is thrown off her bike.
As Nat gets the car back in gear, Yelena smugly says, "You're welcome."
It's an awesome clip that proves Yelena can think fast under pressure but is also dangerously impulsive. Luckily, her impromptu plan worked and we're looking forward to seeing her in action this July.
Black Widow hits theaters and will be available on Disney+ through Premier Access on July 9, 2021.
