There is little doubt that the Marvel Cinematic Universe flicks are usually the most-watched films in theaters or in streaming service. However, that isn't the case in 2020. The Top 10 most-watched movies on Disney+ have just been revealed and only one MCU film made it to the list.
A new report on What's New on Disney Plus has just posted The Most Popular Movies On Disney+ In 2020 and not surprisingly, the top spot goes to a Disney movie with a singing crab. No, it isn't The Little Mermaid. The most popular movie on the streaming service this year is none other than Moana, which featured the voices of Auliʻi Cravalho, Dwayne Johnson, and Jemaine Clement who voiced Tamatoa the giant coconut crab.
Second place goes to the sequel Frozen II while the first movie takes the bronze. The beloved Christmas film Home Alone is in fourth place while Toy Story 4 rounds out the Top 5.
Amazing, there's just one MCU film in the Top 10 and it happens to be the most recent one. Avengers: Endgame manages to make it to the eighth spot.
