It looks like the Marvel and Fortnite relationship is going strong as the popular video game will now add even more characters to the fray. We've had Thanos as a temporary power-up during the release of Avengers: Infinity War and Deadpool joined the fray not too long ago but now he will be joined by his friends in X-Force. There's a good mix of classic and uncanny here as The Merc With a Mouth will be joined by Cable, Domino, and Psylocke.
Fans hoping that the characters will have their powers should have known better since these are just skins for some of the existing character-types in the game. Still, the details on Cable, Domino, and Psylocke are still pretty cool. As expected, if you want to get these skins for yourself you'll either have to grind for in-game currency or buy the bundle for all of these characters.
That's just how Fortnite is everybody.
While this might annoy some, it's standard fare for the Fortnite crowd so if you like any of these characters, we don't blame you for shelling out some cash to get those skins. It's not like any of these characters have in-game advantages, though some people have reported that it is causing a mini-class war between young kids who play the game. It's the real price of a free-to-play game.
Fortnite and the X-Force bundle are now available. Fortnite is free to download on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. Pretty much anyone can play this game and that's not a bad thing at all.
