Several Dragon Ball Voice Actors Drop Out of Convention, Possibly Due to Vic Mignogna

Dragon Ball Super: Broly might have been awesome but it was marred in controversy after several of Vic Mignogna's sexual assault/abuse stories came to light. A lot of people who don't like Mignogna claim that it's been an open secret for years, with some female voice actors revealing their own stories as well. This has resulted in Mignogna getting fired from both Funimation and Rooster Teeth.

When it was announced that the Broly actor would be coming to KamehaCon, several voice actors, some from Dragon Ball Super, decided to drop out of the event. While they never stated why they were leaving, it did come a day after Mignogna was announced to appear so the evidence is right there.

It started with Monica Rial, the actress who voices Bulma for Dragon Ball Super, dropping out of the event a day after the announcement. She promised to make it up to fans in the future but she will not be appearing in KamehaCon. Soon enough, actors like Jason Douglas (Beerus, King Cold), Daman Mills (Monka, Narirama), Josh Grelle (Grand Minister) and Sarah Wiedenheft (Zenou) would drop out as well.

KamehaCon will still have prominent voice actors like Christopher Sabat (Vegeta, Piccolo, and Yamcha), Damon Clarke (Cell), and Linda Young (formerly Freeza, Fortune Teller Baba). The convention also said that they have more exciting guests to come and that fans should not attack those that decided to drop out.

FANS. SHOULD. NOT. ATTACK. THE. VOICE. ACTORS. THAT. DROPPED. OUT.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly will be coming to Blu-Ray and DVD soon.
