How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Ω (Omega) is the highly-anticipated sequel of the successful first season of the same name sans the omega. It's off to a promising start and many are interested in knowing when there would be an English dub of the anime series and its release date for the sequel anime.
How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Omega, its second season picks up where the first season ended which follows the story of Takuma Sakamoto, a hikikomori gamer, who mysteriously got transported into an MMORPG – a virtual world wherein it is a game called Cross Reverie, where he gets the appearance of the character that he uses in the game, Demon Lord Diablo. He got into the game as he was summoned by pantherian Rem and the elf Shera.
It is an animated series by Tezuka Productions based on the pages of the Japanese light novel by Yukiya Murasaki with the illustrations of Takahiro Tsurusaki published in English under J-Novel Club. There is also a shōnen manga series for it which is licensed by Seven Seas Entertainment.
The episodes of How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Omega can be streamed officially through both Crunchyroll and Funimation which is known for giving premium access subscribers a one-week advanced release of the latest episodes of the animes under their library for the price of $9.99 a month, or $79.99 a year for Crunchyroll, and $5.99 per month or $59.99 a year for Funimation.
Worry not for those without the premium access subscription as they release the episodes a week after for free. As expected by a lot of fans, the sequel series of How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Omega will follow the first season with 12 episodes in a single-cour and have the same number of episodes for this season as well.
As confirmed by Funimation in February, How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Omega will be released by the anime streaming giant in English dub forming part of their spring 2021 anime season. Currently, Funimation releases the English dub of the series along with the original Japanese audio with English subtitles.
How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Omega releases new episodes every Thursday via Crunchyroll and Funimation at 1:28 AM JST. The release time varies depending on geographical location: Pacific Time 9:28 AM, Central Time 11:28 AM, Eastern Time 12:28 PM, and British Time 5:28 PM.
