The anime series of Koikimo gives life in 12 episodes throughout this anime season in a single-cour to the pages of the josei manga series of the same name by Mogusu published in Ichijinsha's Comic POOL digital manga magazine since 2015 with seven tankōbon volumes compiled.
The manga series of Koikimo inspires the anime on the story of Ryō Amakusa who seems to have found the one when Rio, his sister, introduced the womanizing bachelor to her friend, Ichika Arima, who mesmerized him that he asked her for a date and a kiss on the very first time they met which was a turn off for her but an awakening to him that she is just the girl he was looking for all along.

What happened in Koikimo Episode 6?
In KoikimoEpisode 6, Unrequited Love, Arie gets closer to Ryō while talking about hidden otaku synchronization, something of a common topic in anime. This made Arie recognize Ryō as one of the opposite sex despite his being gentle that his shoulder touches hers lightly. She then invited Ryō to a drinking party.
Meanwhile, Ryō will be driving Rio to Ichika's house where she will be staying for the night. Reasonably, Ryō gave Ichika a bouquet and a folded card for the mother of Ichika, Yuriko, who then invites Rio inside.
Where to Watch Koikimo Episode 7 with English Subtitles Online?
Koikimo Episode 7 will be available for streaming online via Crunchyroll which is known for giving their premium access subscribers the privilege of having a one-week advanced release of the latest episodes of the animes in their roster for the rate of $9.99 a month, or $79.99 a year.
The episodes are released for free the following week for those without the benefit of premium access. There is no confirmation yet for the English dubbed version.
