Many of us have already seen Star Wars: The Force Awakens multiple times, but of course, we can't wait to see it more on Blu-ray, DVD or digital when it comes out, and it seems that the release date has been revealed by Amazon.

Amazon shows that the Blu-ray for The Force Awakens will be available on April 5, 2016, so we can own the film in a couple of months! While Amazon hasn't listed its digital release date, which is usually a few weeks before the hard copy, both versions of The Force Awakens are available to order.

Perhaps the most exciting content from The Force Awakens' upcoming DVD/Blu-Ray release is the deleted scenes that will surely be included.  While J.J. Abrams has already confirmed that we won’t get an extended cut of the film, we will surely get some scenes that were cut out of The Force Awakens.

Update: Amazon has since pulled off the released date from their website, so it's possible this information is not confirmed. We'll update you with more information when we get it.
